The agreement between you and us.

We help you compose a notice that meets the requirements of the TAKE IT DOWN Act (47 U.S.C. § 1408 et seq.), capture your e-signature, deliver the notice to the destination platform's published takedown channel, monitor the URL for the 48-hour statutory window, and prepare an FTC complaint draft if the platform fails to comply.

• You will only file notices for content that depicts you, or for which you are an authorized representative.
• You will only file good-faith notices. Filing a notice for content you know to be consensual is a misuse of the service and a violation of these terms.
• You will use the service only for filing notices about content depicting adults. For other situations, the Resources page lists free alternatives.
• You will not use the service in any automated, bulk, or scraping fashion not authorized in writing.

We may suspend or terminate any account we believe in good faith is being used to file fraudulent or weaponized notices. We may share evidence of clearly fraudulent use with the affected platform and law enforcement. Repeat violators forfeit any prepaid subscription value.

Paid tiers renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds. Hardship grants are non-refundable because they are free.

The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that any platform will remove any content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months. We disclaim consequential and incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TBD], United States. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by your local consumer-protection law; small-claims court is always available.
